Our policy

We are pet friendly

Pointe Grand Bergen Woods offers pet-friendly townhouses with no breed or weight restrictions. A non-refundable fee of $350 is required for the first pet, and $200 for each added pet beyond that. Additionally, there is a $20/month Pet Rent per pet.

Every applicant must complete our pet verification and screening process via PetScreening.com. For most pet owners, this will incur a one-time fee of $25.  This service is free of charge for owners of certified service animals and emotional support animals.
