At Pointe Villas Bergen Woods, we proudly offer pet-friendly townhomes for rent with no breed or weight restrictions, making our community the perfect choice for families and professionals with pets. A non-refundable fee of $350 applies for the first pet, with an additional $200 fee for each extra pet. We also charge a modest $20/month pet rent per pet to help keep our upscale rental homes welcoming and well-maintained. All applicants must complete our pet verification and screening process through PetScreening.com. For most pet owners, this involves a one-time fee of $25, while owners of certified service animals and emotional support animals can use the service free of charge.
